GUMDROPS & CANDY CANES & PRETZEL STICKS! – NOV. 8th Free Workshop

GUMDROPS & CANDY CANES & PRETZEL STICKS! – NOV. 8th

(Parents, here is a great FREE spatial reasoning activity that draws upon creativity.)

Let’s make a special memory at The NoCo Arts Center!
Families/Friends/Couples & Individuals are invited to this FREE, UNIQUE,
CULINARY ART – make and take event!
NoCo Arts Center – 628 Michigan Ave. – Jeffersonville, Indiana
Join culinary artist, Eric Metcalf Friday, November 8th as he leads us through building a better
gingerbread house (that actually stays together)! This FREE family fun event begins at 6 p.m. and
lasts until 9 p.m Participants will walk away with a completed gingerbread house OR a gingerbread
person. 30 small gingerbread house armatures will be created ahead of the event AND all the candy
and icing will already be prepared for you to use at the tables. The house armatures are what
participants will be sculpting directly onto with the guidance of our lead artist! Learn a variety of tips
and tricks! This means that the first 30 people to the event will be able to participate on the main
gingerbread house-making project. This is a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE event. Each small house
can accommodate up to 3 participants helping to decorate it. BUT!! DON’T WORRY! If you can’t
arrive and get a seat right at 6 p.m., we’ve got ya covered! Sweets by Morgan Bakery will be
creating 50 gingerbread people for additional participants to decorate if you miss the gingerbread
house. Not to mention, we will have light snacks and holiday music to set the festive mood for the
night! Come and go as you please. See you there! : )
